What can I add to my assistant?

Documents: upload a PDF or Word file, paste a link to a PDF, add a page from your website by its address, upload a plain text or Markdown file, or type and paste text in directly. Videos: paste a YouTube link, pull in a whole channel a batch at a time, or upload your own video file. Whichever you choose, you see the cost before anything is added.

No. Upload your content, customize your assistant's branding, and get a shareable link your audience can open in a browser or install as an app — in a few minutes.

Is there a free trial?

You can start free. Every new brand gets a one-time batch of free credits at signup — no card required — which is enough to upload something, put real questions to it on your own live site, and embed it on your own website. It's a starter allowance rather than an ongoing free plan, so once it runs out you pick the plan that fits your audience. If you'd rather look before signing up, demo.ultranivo.com is a real Ultranivo site with the same landing page, branding and assistant a customer gets; its assistant is trained on Ultranivo's own documentation, and chatting with it takes a free account on that site, the same way your own audience would sign in to yours.

How fast can I get my own link live?

Most people are set up in about 10-15 minutes: create your account, brand your assistant, and upload your first files or links. Your shareable link is ready as soon as that first source finishes processing — typically another 5-10 minutes for a 100-page document or a 10-minute video.

Can my audience rate the assistant?

Yes — after a few chats they're invited to leave a 1-5 star rating and a comment, and your dashboard shows the average, the full distribution, and every individual review.

How do I actually get paid when I charge my audience?

You define your own payout methods — a bank account, a mobile wallet, whatever your audience can pay to. Each subscriber pays you there directly and uploads proof of payment, which you confirm or reject from your dashboard. You set the price in USD and can optionally show it in your audience's local currency.

Do I get invoices for my subscription?

Yes — every payment has a downloadable invoice in your dashboard, and before a plan change you see a prorated preview of exactly what you'll be charged.

What is a credit?

A credit is the unit we measure added content in. Documents and videos both draw from the same pool, so you decide how to divide it — all documents, all video, or any mix. How many credits something costs depends on how much work it takes to read, which the next two answers explain.

Why do some documents cost more credits than others?

Accepted Answer

A PDF you can select and copy text from, a Word file, or text you paste in are the cheapest, because the text can be read directly. A scanned or photographed PDF costs several times more, because every page is an image that has to be read visually first. If you have both versions of the same document, upload the text one — it goes much further.

Why do some videos cost more credits than others?

Length is the main thing — a video is priced by the minute. Beyond that, a YouTube link usually costs more than uploading the same video yourself, so upload the file where you have it. You are shown the exact cost of every video before you add it, so nothing is a surprise.

How many questions can my audience ask?

How do the daily and monthly limits work together?

Accepted Answer

Whichever limit you reach first applies. If you hit your daily limit, you can't add more until the next day; if you hit your monthly limit, you'll need to wait for your next billing cycle — even when the other still has room to spare.

Is the monthly limit based on the calendar month or my subscription?

It follows your subscription cycle, not the calendar month — your allowance resets on your renewal date each billing period.

What if I run out and need to add more?

Accepted Answer

Upgrade your plan any time from your dashboard, and the new plan's higher allowance applies straight away — so you can keep adding content without waiting for your cycle to reset.

If I delete content, do I get those credits back?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the content's status. If a file or video is still queued or hasn't finished processing, deleting it returns those credits to you. Once it's been fully processed the work has already been done, so deleting it frees up storage but doesn't refund the credits.

Question 21

How do I know how much of my allowance I've used?

Your dashboard shows live meters for credits and questions against your plan's caps, a breakdown of what your credits were spent on, and a usage trend over time. You also get a notification when a limit is reached, so nothing stops silently.

Is there a limit to how much I can upload?

Yes — each plan includes a monthly allowance of credits, and adding a document or a video spends them. See the Pricing page for each plan's figure, and the Credits section below for what changes how far they go.

How long does it take for a video or document to be stored and ready?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the size of what you upload. A 100-page document or a 10-minute video is usually ready in about 5-10 minutes. Much larger items take proportionally longer — a 2,000-page document is a far bigger job than a 100-page one — and your plan's queue priority matters when demand is high. You don't have to wait around: your assistant starts using each source as soon as that source finishes.

Yes — you get a copy-paste embed snippet that drops your assistant straight onto your own site, so visitors can ask questions without leaving your pages. You can also share it as a standalone link, or put it on your own custom domain on higher plans.

Can the widget collect contact details from visitors?

On plans that include lead capture, yes. You choose when the widget asks — before the chat starts, after the first answer, or the moment your assistant can't answer something — and whether visitors can dismiss it. It always asks for an email; name, phone and one question of your own are optional. Each lead is saved with the conversation that led to it, so you see what they were asking, not just who they are. New leads are emailed to you, listed in your dashboard, exportable as a CSV, and can be sent straight to wherever you already track leads.

Does it work with WordPress specifically?

Yes — the same copy-paste snippet works in a WordPress custom HTML block or your theme's footer scripts, exactly like adding it to any other site. There's no separate WordPress plugin to install.

Does my audience create accounts?

Yes — on your site, your audience signs up under your branding with email or Google, and their chat history stays with their account. The embedded widget on your own website is different: visitors there can ask questions without signing in.

Yes — your site includes a contact form. Messages are emailed to your own support address and land in a support inbox in your dashboard, where you track their status. You reply from your own email, so the conversation stays under your name.
